Q1: Is sorting case-sensitive?

By default yes. Enable Ignore case to treat A and a the same.

Yes unless Remove blank lines is enabled.

No. Sorting is processed locally in your browser.

Q4: Does it sort numbers naturally?

Lines are compared as text, so 10 may sort before 2.

Q5: Can I dedupe as well?

Use the Remove Duplicate Lines tool after sorting.
